Sýrové Závitky s náplní

Suroviny: 2 balíčky plátkového sýra nebo 300 g sýra vcelku

Náplň: 100 g šunky nebo šunkového salámu, 2 balíčky sýra Lučina, 1-2 lžíce strouhaného křenu, 2 lžíce pokrájených sterilovaných kapií, sůl, pepř, pažitka

Postup:

Plátkové sýry necháme v uzavřených balíčcích nebo sýr vcelku zabalíme do mikrotenového sáčku.Vložíme do horké vody a asi 20 minut udržujeme ve velmi mírném varu.Potom sýr vyjmeme a sáčky odstraníme.Sýr vyválíme na obdélník.Pracujeme velmi rychle, protože sýr rychle ztvrdne.Rozválený plát sýra potřeme náplní z Lučiny smíchané s nudličkami šunky, křenem, paprikami a petrželkou ochucenou solí a pepřem.Naplněný sýr svineme do rolády, zabalíme do alobalu, upevníme a dáme do chladničky aspoň na hodinu zchladit.Před podáváním odstraníme alobal a roládu krájíme ostrým nožem na plátky.Použijeme jako efektní ozdobu studené mísy nebo obložených talířků.
